A resume tells me what you’ve done but I care about where you’re trying to go, and why.
I work mostly with mid-to-senior professionals in tech and engineering - AI/ML folks, software engineers, technical specialists who are done with the games and just want someone to understand them and help them make a clear-eyed next move.
